The windchime came and it is such amazing quality. When I opened the box the smell of fresh cedar was wonderful. I also after placing the order made a change and added dates onto the plaque. They were able to fix it with absolutely no problems. The woman on the phone was very kind . I feel it was a fast production and mailing time for a custom product that is handmade.
