Fire-Wood Creations.com will make every possible effort to guarantee you a Creation you will love.  It is our hope that every customer is thrilled with the shopping experience, the service, and the end product provided by Fire-Wood Creations.com.  If you are not satisfied, please contact us via e-mail found within the "Contact Us" tab of firewoodcreations.com.

You may return any item within 10 business days if it is damaged or flawed due to a mistake on our part (including misspellings, wrong date, wrong color, wrong size, etc.).  We will replace or reproduce at no-charge, less shipping and handling fees.  Fire-Wood Creations.com does not, however, assume liablility for any mistakes on Creations  if you have received a proof and given approval for production.   

NOTE: Many of our products are made of natural material; therefore, irregular wood-grain or marble veins are not considered flaws.  However, we are ultimately concerned with a happy customer, so we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
