If you have a concern once you receive your custom creation, please contact us. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve the issue. We are very proud of our products and want your creation to be one you are proud to display or give as a gift.
We take care to package our products so they will arrive safely. However, if your package should become damaged in transit, please document the damage by taking photos of both the merchandise and the packaging and email us at email@example.com for information on resolving the issue. Please report concerns to us within five (5) days of receipt of the order.
Since our products are customized we do not accept returns; however, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will be gladly to work with you in order to try to resolve the issue.
