I purchased this for an employee and I'm beyond happy with the customer service I received as well as the product. This employee lost both a spouse and father, and they were able to create this with the additional name and dates. I also accidentally had it shipped to the wrong address and emailed the correction and they updated and got it to the right place. The employee was incredibly touched and said they sound wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this company and this chime as a memorial gift.

Very nice chimes delivered quickly
My husband and I received this wind chime after the death of our 17 year old son died. Everything about it is absolutely perfect! The packaging was great and the chimes arrived in perfect condition. The deep, rich tones along with the engravings are incredibly powerful. As time begins to mend our broken hearts, we will begin to hear our son saying hello with each note.

I recently purchased a chime for a friend who lost her beloved dog. I immediately thought of getting her a memorial chime as I have gotten for another friend and for myself when our DD passed away. They are so well crafted and I love that there are choices for sayings and type of chime. I am looking at mine right now on my deck. I do take it in during the winter and hope to find a sealant that will protect it outside during inclement weather.
