Lovely family owned business. We sent a windchime to a friend who lost her husband. She was so impressed and touched. I had the wrong birth year engraved. Totally my fault but they re-did the charm and rushed it right out. They even gave me a 10% discount on the new charm. I didn't get the ladies name that I delt with but she was great!

I ordered yet another Wind Chime from Fire-Wood Creations for a dear Friend who had just lost her husband. As Always, FireWood did a Beautiful Wind Chime with EXQUISITE Details. I have not found other Wind Chimes of this quality.
I still hear from Friends who have received these Chimes from years ago & they are still amazed at the Beauty & Longevity of these MOST BEAUTIFUL WIND CHIMES.

I lost my brother and sister in law within one week of each other and sent the bells to my nephew to be placed in one of the flower gardens at the house. He very much appreciated them and has been tending to the gardens since their passing. Thank you for such a wonderful memorial.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but after receiving the memorial wind chimes, I was exceedingly impressed! Great quality and attention to detail…so beautiful! I love it! More importantly, my sister, the recipient, was very surprised and happy!

I purchased this for an employee and I'm beyond happy with the customer service I received as well as the product. This employee lost both a spouse and father, and they were able to create this with the additional name and dates. I also accidentally had it shipped to the wrong address and emailed the correction and they updated and got it to the right place. The employee was incredibly touched and said they sound wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this company and this chime as a memorial gift.

We love Corinthian Bells wind chimes and have two of our own that we treasure. Unfortunately, two people very close to me have lost sons recently, so I have ordered two of the Amazing Grace chimes with the memorial personalization in the last couple months. They have both been very well received and I was proud to have sent them.

When my husband’s stepfather received his on Monday, he called to thank us for the wind chime, but didn’t mention the personalization. He called again last night in a flood of tears (the first time in 27+ years I have heard/seen him cry) to tell us he just saw his son’s name and birth/death dates and how much it meant to him as Father’s Day is approaching. 30 seconds into the call (on speakerphone), he, his wife (my husband’s mom), my husband and I were all sobbing. But it was in a good way because he knew how much we cared about him and his son. He said that anytime he hears the lovely sound of the chime, he will think of his boy and, while that is hard, he will also think of us and know how much we love him.
